The EB-5 program is an immigration program introduced by the U.S. Congress in 1990 and was designed to attract foreign investors and to create new jobs in the U.S. It provides a pathway to permanent residency (a Green Card) for individuals who invest in a U.S. business. This program not only offers a chance to obtain residency for yourself, but also for your immediate family members, including your spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age.

To participate in the EB-5 program, you’ll need to make an investment in a new commercial enterprise in the United States. The minimum investment amount is $800,000 for TEA and $ 1,050,000 for non-TEA projects.
