• Arrangements for the second round of Regional Center consultation with shortlisted projects for getting replies to left questions; coordination of Regional Center contact signing;
• Translation of the subscription agreement for the bank (if needed); 
• Consultation for the next steps for clients after getting an application for Conditional Green Card filing; 
• Providing semi-annual updates about changes in legislation regarding the EB-5 visa program; 
• Assistance in preparing a request for the return of EB-5 funds in the event of an I-526 Denial; 
• Support with any upcoming informational requests during the relocation process, including the search for required professionals.
